Lotus Momentum: Builder
Where clarity meets calm...and burnout begins to loosen its grip
I know what it's like to quietly carry a lot.
Hi, I'm Kris. As a fellow introverted leader, I understand when work and life blur together, when important conversations feel draining, and what it's like to try leading authentically in a world that often feels designed for extroverts.
And most advice out there? Unfortunately misses the mark completely.
Burnout solutions tell you to rest more, but don't address WHY you're getting drained in the first place. Communication coaching focuses on being louder or more assertive, but that just leaves you feeling inauthentic and even more exhausted. I know that all too well - it's so tiring to be someone you're not.
That's why I created the Lotus Momentum: Builder. A calm space where we pause, breathe, and sort through what's weighing on you. Together.
Because what you really need is support that meets you at the intersection of both communication and burnout. Where we look at what's draining your energy AND help you communicate and lead in ways that actually fuel you instead of depleting you.
You don't need to be "fixed" and you definitely don't need to be more extroverted. Your thoughtful approach, your deep listening, your preference for meaningful conversations over small talk - these are your leadership superpowers. They are what make you wonderfully YOU.
When work and life intersect, you deserve whole-person support
About me...
When I was in Grade 2, my teacher suggested I be tested for speech development because I rarely spoke in class. My Mom's response? "My Kris? She talks non-stop to her stuffed animals at home. Maybe she just needs more time and support to feel comfortable."
My Mom got me. She saw that my quiet wasn't a problem to fix - it was simply how I operated best.
That understanding shaped everything. Over a 30-year corporate HR career, I experienced firsthand what it's like to lead as an introvert in extroverted workplaces. The pressure to speak up faster, network constantly, be "always on". The exhaustion of trying to be someone I wasn't.
But I also discovered something powerful: when introverted leaders are supported to work with their natural strengths rather than against them, they don't just succeed - they thrive.
My Mom was my earliest role model of quiet leadership and my biggest champion. Mom was steady, mindful, and kind. She didn't need a stage to lead; she led through presence, compassion, and care. Mom showed me what sanctuary truly means and made me feel both safe and whole when the world made me feel less than. My work at The Leadership Greenhouse and Lotus Learning Sanctuary continues as a tribute to, and in honor of, my beautiful Mom's legacy.
Mom lived with dementia in her final years and passed away recently, but her wisdom will stay with me forever: "The past is done. The future doesn't belong to us. We just have the present."
That's the foundation of everything I do here - helping introverted leaders embrace the power of small, present-moment steps that honor who they truly are.
Kocham Cię, Mamo. Zawsze pozostaniesz moją bohaterką.

"I came to Kris feeling completely overwhelmed. Dreading team meetings, avoiding a difficult conversation with my boss, and questioning if I was cut out for leadership. After our work together, I found my voice again. I had that conversation with my boss (and it went well!), redesigned our team meetings to actually energize me, and remembered why I love leading. Most importantly, I stopped feeling like I had to choose between being myself and being effective."
You don't need to be louder, more extroverted, or "always on" to be an exceptional leader.
You need support that honors how you naturally operate - your need for reflection, your preference for meaningful conversations, and your deep care for others.

Here's what we'll do together:
🪷 Name what's draining you - Work demands, difficult relationships, energy leaks - we'll identify what's really underneath the overwhelm
🪷 Uncover your natural strengths - Discover how your introverted leadership style is actually your superpower, not something to fix
🪷 Create doable next steps - Small shifts that feel sustainable, not depleting
🪷 Build momentum your way - At your pace, honoring your energy, aligned with your values
